PVCu Double Glazed Window Specifications

As well as meeting the highest Energy Saving Standards, Rehau Window Systems have been tested in accordance with and meet the highest requirements of BS7412 for the standard of a manufactured window, including BS6375 for weather performance, in fact Rehau are one of the only manufacturers of uPVC window systems to test for ‘severe’ weather conditions.

Security for you and your home is paramount, so all of our window systems are made from only the highest quality PVCu and have been designed to provide strength and rigidity. This allows the highest performance hinges, handles and locking mechanisms to be fitted to your double glazed windows. All Rehau window and door systems comply with Document Q the standard governing enhanced security certification.

	BS EN 12608 Rehau S706 profiles are accredited to the above standard. This standard requires the testing of the profiles themselves for performance and surface quality.
	BS EN 1279 Double and triple glazed glass units are accredited to this standard.
	BBA Rehau holds a certificate from the BBA. This applies to all profiles, white and colour foiled.
	Fabricator Accreditation Rehau S706 has been tested in accordance with BS 7412 (performance of finished windows), BS 7950 (windows security test) PA S23/24 (door security) by the British Fenestration Rating Council.
