Timber Materials and Finishes

All products can be supplied in hardwood or softwood. The four stage finishing process of preservation, basecoat and two top coats give softwood windows a smooth finish and hardwood a pitted effect due to its open pore structure.

Glazing Options

Glass can have a dramatic effect on the performance of windows and doors making properties more comfortable and reducing heating bills. All double glazed and triple glazed units utilise Softcoat Low-E coatings as standard.

Certification and Warranties

All of the timber window products are fully compliant with the lastest building regulations and are certified to the latest PAS 24:2012 standards. Certification and Warranties that the timber frames carry.

Bespoke Timber Windows

We have three types of wooden windows in an option of colours for you to choose from, all offering a fabulous traditional look to your property. Nothing changes the character of a home quicker than replacement timber windows and our skilled craftsman will produce only the finest windows for your home.

Unlike wooden windows of old, our windows will not twist or rot and require very little maintenance. Our timber windows are often used on period properties, but also look fabulous on modern/contemporary homes.

Casement Timber Windows

Casement timber windows can be supplied with either a side hung or a top hung method of operation and are available in flush fit or lipped designs.

Casement timber windows offer excellent weather seal ratings and a high security espagnolette locking mechanism with friction hinges as standard. The casement range are available in heritage, contemporary and traditional profiles. The Contemporary Lipped Casement window with its storm proof design and sleek pencil round mouldings is typical of a 20th century wooden window and perfect for any new build property. In contrast, for a period look, the Traditional Lipped Casement window features distinctive traditional ovolo mouldings, casement friction stays and night vents, exclusive to the range.

Flush Casements which are available from the Traditional and Heritage Ranges, have a classic flush fit appearance, traditional mouldings and dummy butt hinges to replicate all the features of a period window.

The heritage profile, with the option of a 4mm single or 14mm slim-line glazing is suitable for listed properties or those governed by the demands of conservation areas.

Vertical Sliding Sash Timber Windows

Vertical Sliding Sash Windows have been a feature of British properties dating back to Edwardian, Victorian and Georgian periods and still prove ever popular in today’s modern homes.

Our sash timber windows have been designed to include traditional features, whilst incorporating modern technology and energy efficiency.

Available in semi concealed spiral balance or cords and weights styles, products are all internally glazed, featuring cutting edge glazing options and double weather strips. Tested to the highest security, performance and weather rating standards, our Vertical Sliders are the ultimate choice for both prestigious replacement and new build situations.

The Contemporary Range sash windows offer minimalist lines utilising pencil round mouldings, contemporary horn detail and 24mm double glazed, argon gas filled units as standard. Triple glazing can also be incorporated to further increase the overall performance of the window.

The Traditional Range of vertical sash sliding windows offer all the benefits of the Contemporary Range but give added aesthetic value with the use of ovolo and putty bead mouldings and a decorative horn detail.

Our Heritage Range of sash windows complete the portfolio with a choice of either 4mm single or 14mm slime line double glazing. Lambs tongue and putty bead mouldings, a decorative horn detail, slim frame sections and a market leading back to front frame depth of just 140mm makes the Heritage vertical sliders ideal for listed properties and where conservation approval is required.

Tilt and Turn Timber Windows

Tilt and Turn timber windows are one of the most versatile window designs used in today's current market. The flexibility of this design offers large sashes which means they are often used in orangeries, atriums, screens and large glazed areas.

The inward opening windows enable easy cleaning, whilst the tilt mechanism provides ventilation without intruding on internal room space.

The concealed hinge system and customised timber plant on over drainage channels further enhances the windows appearance.

Use of high security locking mechanisms and double weather strips ensures security and weather performance.

Tilt and Turn timber windows are available in contemporary or traditional profiles with double or triple glazing.

Bespoke Shaped Timber Windows

Our bespoke windows can be supplied opening or fixed with a curve head, arched head, bullseye or ellipse shape for a unique finish. It is not only the frame that is supplied curved but the glazing is also curved for maximum aesthetic appeal.

Window cills can be supplied on both square and shaped products to complement and match the contours of any property.
