The SIPs kit allows for a faster build time, and will allow you to complete the build, in your own windows, doors and exterior finish.



Complete Kit


Our complete Kit's will arrive Flat Packed and will include all the windows, doors and the exterior kit, enabling any handy person to complete your building in your garden.



Assembled Empty Shell


We will do all the hard work and deliver to you the whole shell completely assembled and ready to go on your base, the unit arrives, ready with a chassis (Excluding the Garden Room Range). Your building will be secure and watertight on delivery, ready for you to fit out internally.


OUR TECHNOLOGY 

All Prior Leisure Buildings are built from what we call SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels), which are manufactured in the United Kingdom.

SIPs are one of the most environmental building systems available today. They provide a continuous insulation, and are airtight allowing for better control over air quality indoors, it reduces construction build waste and helps save our natural resources, by reducing the energy used to manufacturer.
